A Poem by Annie Gryphon

The most beautiful churches i've ever seen
To the greatest fleamarket i've ever been
Exciting dreams coming up with no warning
Café Americano so hot in the morning

Walking around in the sun
This is what i've done
Eating olives, drinking wine
Your Hand holding mine

Dancing in the Piazza at night
Life can be so light
It's so nice to be Annie
the people will love you so many.

Oh-BOY!
Annie, let's go back to Vacanzé! ; )
How amazingly wonderful and beautiful you've painted it all into my imagination's vision and feelings … is is palpably compelling to the appeal of my senses.
You know how much I love Quatrains, honey-like flow, and the magic of heavenly word-choices you always seem to use like oils on a pallet to blend and brush so realistically upon the canvas of my mind's-eye.
Ohhh-MY, I love it, Annie Dearest!
M'Lady, let's take a quick look at L2 and consider adding a "To", as in:

"To the greatest fleamarket I've ever been"

and, in L4, make it Café Americano, with a capital.

The final two lines are the perfect ending, and sooo very-very true! ; )

Aa, whatever, you've swifted me, my heart, my spirit completely away with you to your glorious Vacanzé … what could be better, I ask?
Thank you, m'lovely, most talented poetess … warmest hugs 'n happy smiles! ⁓ Richard

You created my words ya know - intently ...by being
i remember it too and the cool of the shade
the sheets in the morning on the bed where we laid
the feel of your skin where my hands wanted to go
sounds of two voiced delight one high pitched and one low

Oh Trekker Jay, was it really you ...?
If this was based on real life then it sounds like you had a great Italian vacation!
Thanks for sharing!
