C. Direction of Impalement: Directly, back-left to front-right 

D. Exit: Below right breast

E. Associated Injuries: Massive perforations of heart and lungs, 3 ribs broken, 1 vertebrae severed. Heavy internal bleeding.

Cause of Death: Impalement on tree limb

Manner of Death: Homicide

How Incident Occurred: Driven onto tree limb by another person or persons
