Bothersome Inquisition

Bothersome Inquisition

A Poem by Anthony

As I sit and ponder,
Within this silence between us,
My mind does wonder,
If it requires such a fuss.

It is within my nature,
To seek every option,
Though they must mature,
And not just adoption.

Though it causes minor fury,
And a little worry,
With you in mind,
I can act better in kind.

As I think upon you,
I cannot remain blue,
For I have your promise,
And it causes a feeling of bliss.

As well as a phrase,
That you worried to say,
Until you believed us true.
And I am no longer in a daze,
Forever we May,
Hand a clue,
And we follow the path,
That become roads.

Remind me on occasion,
And the negatives become nigh,
As we become entwined,
You alone,

Shall keep my eye.
