Penguin's Tale of Two Turtles...

Penguin's Tale of Two Turtles...

A Poem by Anthony
"

Could have probably kept going.... Who knows, maybe I'll have a part two :D

"
So little time for so much to be known,
Already at a miss for that first kiss.
Tales of Turtles, Sales of Penguins.
Two writers clash upon one surprise.
Little Wolf jostling, Always bonding.

Piscine Oracle says not to be,
But for all, We'll truly see.
A Penguin fate, A Neo-purpose date.
Gliding Along, Freely flowing.
The air passes by, Ground extends to greet.
To each and all, Merry Meet.

A new path unfolds, Truths so bold.
Wary of change, Of all past things.
Brazen and rash, Shall we have this dance?
Held a moment too long, Now sings our song.
A kiss kept from the best, Now your lips is where it rests.

Waning light, Dark lit Night.
A tearful sky, Embracing warmth.
Radiant shine, Thou art mine.
Brought to blush, Though not to rush.
Unforeseen, From in between.

The thorn does prick, from unknown wombs,
The trials from thy heart's catacombs.
 Restless Thoughts, Peaceful Nights.
Dreams of thee to keep.
For you I sleep.

Eternal bond, Newly wrought.
Something like this can't be bought.
For everyone who has sought,
And now lays upon their cot.

My heart's been shattered,
Newly seen tattered,
Forlorn hopes, Following thy ropes.
Walls aplenty, a pirates bounty.
Golden warmth, For one to claim.

A techie geek, A blushful dork.
Fought the norm, Beat it right.
Asking questions to be known,
Sharing stories to behold.
Twas a fateful, busy eve.

All to busy to see,
The time that was shared,
To show that we cared.
Facing challenges, Passing right through.
To let it be known, The biggest of all,
Blatantly obvious, Curiously shy.

Looking into thy eyes,
It just felt so right,
Pulled into thy embrace,
Just so hard to resist,
That initial kiss,
Feeling now bliss.

Twas a tale of two turtles,
Trapped upon an island,
Disaster struck,
Seperated,
Went to look, Went to find...

Embraced now,
Turtles forgotten,
Who'd of known,
Such a cute tale,
Could be so easily forgotten.

To stare into those eyes,
To resist that temptation,
To say farewells, and wish good byes.
The last day home,
Twice weeks abroad.

Returning soon,
To watch the moon,
Under the stars,
Within your arms.
