Sometimes

A poem I wrote back when I was depressed.

Sometimes I'm happy
Sometimes I'm sad
Sometimes I'm peaceful
Sometimes I'm mad
Sometimes I'm joyful
Sometimes I'm not
Sometimes my mind
Is torn up and fraught
Sometimes I'm hopeful
Sometimes I'm lost
Sometimes I just can't
Forget life's cost
Sometimes I seem
So glad I could fly
Sometimes I am
So sad I could die
Sometimes I show it
Sometimes I don't
Sometimes I want to
Sometimes I won't
Sometimes I fly 'round
Without a care
Sometimes it all
Is too much to bear

Why would anyone be harsh after reading it? I loved reading it! You portray all the emotions a normal person feels at the time of life. Beautifully and simply written :)
