Bellyful of Snakes

A Poem by April Child
"
Desire borne out of love
"

Warning
This story is rated Mature and may contain material unsuitable for readers under 18.

Your eyes

tear into me

like 2 pitbulls.

Unleashed feelings

emanate from stomach

to dart and gush

around my insides

like hatchling snakes,

they slither into

every digit, hair follicle

organ and skin cell

til I am left

engorged and

quivering in

anticipation of

your feral love.

I love this style, this is a delicate, provocative in the passionate sense, hand crafted work of romance.
the imagery has the consuming effect of feeling and the intentions are raw, the metaphors come to life
as the meaning takes hold, pondering what it is to feel the heart being crushed by love, torn apart,
ripped to shredds, brilliantly done.
