Fall Into The Blue

I had to write a short 250 word story sooooo this is it I like it so i decided i'd post it thats all its kinda depressing

The wind rushed through my ears, my clothing billowed around me, a strange empty sensation blooming inside of me. My mind was blank, questions sluggishly working their way to the forefront of my brain. What was happening? Where was I? What do I do now? My thoughts whirled, full of questions that lacked answers… Then I remembered, I  remembered the feeling, my body finally putting two and two together, my mind fully awakening… I remembered and… 

I was falling.

Falling away from the verdant world of my youth.

Falling from the capricious monotony of  identity.

Away from paradox, away from duality, away from change.

Away, away, away.

And towards the all consuming blue.

It all came rushing back, the cliff, the push, the scream…wait…who was screaming…oh that’s right…the scream was me. It was my scream, a scream of fear, a scream for revenge, a scream of pain. An empty cry calling for the damnation of the world.

And all who lived in it.

I hurtled towards the shining blue, oh how they must have enjoyed the success of their stratagem,  to be able to put their awful guile to good use, to be the cause of my end. I do not blame them, not truly, I may hate them for their deeds, but I may not blame them. They are but obsequious sycophants to a greater evil, an evil that relishes in the despair of others, an evil I hate.  I sigh, there is nothing left to wish for. There is nothing left to hope for.

 It is over. 

I pray that my elegy be remembered. I pray that my stigma be forgotten. I pray that the world may go on in a sublime matter. 

And I beg the blue to ameliorate my pain.

That's true. I guess for some reason the feeling of death inspires you, or maybe even death in general, there is nothing wrong with that, it makes for good writing.

Hmmm, I think it might stem from the fact that I feel a need to understand it through the means I probably best can so that there is truly no reason to fear it, considering there is no point in fearing something that is inevitable. Bleh though I don't think all the darkness in my writing stems from this fixation in general Idk. Anyway! THANKS FOR THE REVIEW! Glad you enjoyed it~ Hopefully you'll like whatever else you read in the future (if you choose to read something more lol) NOW I'm off to finish chapter two of my Radioactive story (soooo if you do reply to this It might be a tad before I respond lol)
