Sonnet for Autumn

Sonnet for Autumn

A Poem by Arline
"

Hello my writer peeps!XD Its been so long since I've posted anything thing so here's something I wrought for my love of the autumn season.

"

How sweet; the morning bless me kindly

With such tender breezes and watery shine

Of diamond fields that scatter in cheery fine

As the sun rises from the distance; how lovely

Gentle kisses I feel upon my cheeks with warmly

Lips you hold and haven arms on me; at nine

Birds soon sing to the blue colored sky; determine

To awaken those asleep and welcome brilliantly

Autumn as she spreads her beauty all around.

She has moved fast for thy season

For leaves now fall and dance to no sound

Consent for trees to slumber till they wake for better reason.

Tis my fondest wish to keep you locked and bound

Forever last my autumn fair; till comes another season.
