Enchantment

Enchantment

A Poem by Ashley H.
"

This one I am proud of. It's just fun. I definitely had a thing, bad, for the fantasy genre back then.

"
Come with me, escape to it all.
Come to a place with things great and small.

I come here all the time.
When midnight is to chime.

Take in all the wonders you can contain.
Here where the air is scented with rain.

The sunrises are of radiant pink delight.
The sunsets are of golden liquid light.

Music wafts from the lilac trees.
Dance as the flowers sway in the breeze.

Bumblebees entertain us during the day.
Fireflies come out nightly to play.

Flowers turn into butterflies.
They are called nightly to the skies.

The stars whisper your favorite words.
They tell you stories as the world turns.

This place exists in every one.
This place with stars, a moon, and a sun.

This is excellent! I love it. Great title as the entire thing is enchanting. The end has a perfect ring to it.
