Broken Infinity

Broken Infinity

A Poem by Ash
"

I could see the world, and yet for so long I was so blind.

"
Years ago you promised to love me endlessly.
I moved across country.
And so easily you claimed,
"Not anymore You're as important to me."
And I walked away...Wiping my tears not once looking back.
I know I deserve better than a weakling.
For 6 years I regret not knowing,
We weren't meant to last an infinity.
Infinity does not exist.

I agree. I wrote 'Empty Love' in dealing with the realization in 'Broken Infinity'
