So frustrated

I watch from the sidelines as each day passes by
What do I even achieve? What is my goal?
I have gotten to the point where I think I'm going to break
Or I already have and I haven't realized it yet.
God knows I'm tired. So so tired
Physically and mentally tired, I've never been so stressed
And all for wht exactly?
The passion that has been lit in my heart is almost burnt out.
I feel like a shell, I don't recognize myself
Oh God, Help me not to lose my mind.

Very Understandable. Sometimes its hard to quell the rage within oneself. Yet, I believe the tired soul can be replenished by those who want to see you finish. Your in the final stretch, so let me encourage you in a way you won't forget. Forge on ahead even though the path gets difficult to tread. With your goal in sight, I'll support you in your perilous fight. lol For me personally, meditation helps me when I need to unwind a bit and step back for a moment. Once I put things in perspective again I'm all set once more. Your poem is very realistic because we all experience this at one point or another in life. Yet, you can keep on going by virtue of who you are. Take care and keep writing. :)

Well, Avia. We all go through such phase at some point in our life. Lost,astray and directionless. But, it's not the end. Never had been. In these moments we learn about our-self, so we can start again. Afresh. Just keep going. It's just a phase. Up's and Downs' of this Roller coaster ride called life. Sometimes dark clouds hover and cover the Sky and we can't see the Sun. Darkness takes over. But, did the Sun ever stopped Shining? No! It's just a moment of time, and soon the dark clouds resides and light reigns again. Remember, Stars always shine in the Dark. And, you are one of them! I believe in you, So should you! =)

it is the pain of a one sided love, as you see that person everyday you don't know logically why are you still doing that but your heart says otherwise and that is the problem with emotion, there are lots of times that it becomes uncontrollable
