                               The Bride

          The stars danced in your eyes          

And the sun kissed your skin

Your ever-present beauty

Soaks deep beneath your skin

 

My heart started dancing

When you threw me that grin

 

Waiting at the altar

For our forever to begin

With you by my side

I’m bound to win

 

Locked in my heart forever and a day

You are my treasure, my night and my day
