Fear of Fire

Fear of Fire

A Poem by Ralphy
"

Life can really be draining especially when your health is in question...you have to ask yourself a simple but plexing question...are you Happy?

"

Fear of Fire

Depressing as it might seem
life’s journey can be really mean
like walking a  high voltage wire
while the wind is blowing molten fire
you don’t even know what to do
as it whisks up to you
if you dodge it, you will fall
if you embrace it, you will scald
I guess you have to accept your fate
even if there is no escape
I know there is a bright side
through all of this
I question, question why
but it really doesn’t matter
to me
I’m as happy as I can be
for life has given me the desire
to face my fear of deadly fire
