Girl That Died Of A Broken Heart

My very first written poem, wrote in highschool. The one that started it all.

Here she lies of a broken heart

A girl who could never find her dreams

A girl who has fallen apart.

She has fallen in love so many times

But no one really could save her

Maybe because they never tried

Maybe because she always cried

And no one wanted to hold her

All she needed in the world was love

To feel like she belonged

All she wanted was to belong to someone

But she was always a no one

The pain inside grew every day

Too much for her to bare

As her heart inside decayed

Now she is in her own world

The world she always dreamed

A world where she could be happy

With no pain for her to gain.
