My Heart Is Broken

My heart feels like paper

Torn up into so many pieces,

Leaving me with all this fear

That my soul will never heal.

 

Half alive never knowing love,

Loneliness flowing through these veins,

Crimson vitae drips from these walls

Whispers the pain I feel in my heart.

 

Drowning in the many broken dreams

Empty promises echo through my mind.

Bittersweet memories of you,

Keeps my heart from moving on.

 

Black clouds never to let me be

Raining life's poison, erasing the beauty.

In the shadows I stay once again

To face this heartache alone.

 

 

My heart is broken.

Love it, totally. Very heartbreakingly beautiful. I, too, feel that my heart has been broken...for awhile now. All of the things i do for this woman that i have, and she cant even take a measly 10 minutes out of her day to write me to find out how im doing. I've given her everything. All i want is communication! That's why i really dont like relationships, cause you always get your heart broken everytime one way or another, and u end of killing yourself in the end. But, why do i still love her?? Ya know, i really do wish i had an answer to that question, 'cause there's just so many answers to it. But, i gurantee you, i will probably die from a broken heart, heh =/ But, awesome job here tho, really liked it!!
