When Two Poets Fall In Love

This is doubled. Me and my newfound love wrote it yesterday (:

Me:
I won't tell you to go .

My heart would only tell me no .

And isn't it so .

You know, let's just go with the flow..

Alex:
How can I flow when i am a tower?

A being filled with nearly limitless power?

One from whom mortals scream and cower,

one who loves his dearest flower?..

Me:
Your limitless power proves you love,

and as you call me a precious dove,

and I know from my heart I won't push or shove,

and this is the feeling of,

your ever lasting love..

Alex:
What I feel proves that I can never heal,

I am the devil that makes the deal,

I will always hold you close my love,

without your pain, I will call you my dove

and you will never cut a vein,

It will be a gift from far above

that will drive me insane;

For what I feel is love

and your my devilsbane.

You can heal, I will make it so.

I'll seal this deal, you won't say no

Hold me close, let me near

Your medicine's dose, that's my cheer

And it's infected me to the core, and i'm so very sure

You are the poisonous one of love's lure

And after this the demon shall say

then please, bring the demon out;

Rip its throat out and cure the sin's shout;

This beast within;

Is the end of sin;

Of vengence you see, will you keep your word
