Girl On The MoonA Poem by Miss Marie Riorden.Fairy tales :D~:..*..:~ She
silently walks among the leaves The
fairies tinkle softly, sparkles aglow Smiles
abundant, they play with her hair The
water nymphs peering from water low The
stars speak to her, a sweetened melody Her
white dress trails behind her, a wakeful trance The
grass vibrant green, the water caressing her ankles As she
joins the fairies in their beautiful dance The
glitter in the air, the splashes rippling Her
hands up to the sky Water
nymphs, fairies, and the lovely elf Lift
her up, she starts to fly Higher,
higher, she starts to go Aided
by the magical creatures she has known Into
the night, above the clouds That is
how far the fairies have flown Now
she's up there, on the moon The
fairies, the nymphs, and the pretty elf Who
keep her company, as she dances And she
is not by one, herself The
fairies steal away, away they go Leaving
the girl with the pretty dust Gone
now the elf, the nymphs Staying
on the moon was the little girl's must. ~:..*..:~ © 2011 Miss Marie Riorden.Author's Note
