You’ve helped me with my journey

You've helped me with me work

You've made my mind grow stronger

You've helped me know my worth

Therefore I’ll always be a star

A friend of yours I’ll be

very little help given by me, other than a little help rephrasing the end and likes 4 and 6 but all her own words and her own work. any pointers to help her improve would be great

For a moment I had thought this was by your hand....but this was by an 8 year old's!? Well.....all I can say is I wasn't writing quite as deep and fancy stuff as this when I was 8....Wondrous in every poetic way! Well done!

thank you, she just absolutely loves reading and writing! We had a little play together after she wrote it but the first 3 lines are exactly as she wrote them and then we just had a little play with the phrasing so it flowed better! I just feel she is already writing at about my level so I don't know how much further I can support her to help her improve lol...will make me push myself too I guess!
