Darkness Calling

Darkness Calling

A Poem by Janna Ruusuvuori
"

the spiralling journey downwards in the hope to find the burning light within

"
The snow comes down
On a sunny day
While angels dance
My gloom away

Then rain falls
Under the grey
And I feel blue, so blue
In dark waters I play

Ghosts come home
Calling my names
From the Earth below
Calling me down
Where I don't want to go

The Devil laughts
Demons watch
Angels weap
Acid tears
While I sleep

Sandman comes
Taking me down
Down to the fire
When no one's around

The pit is burning
As the pendulum swings
With my life on the line
And the bell rings

The sand is falling
Like rain from the sky
I feel and emptiness
And I just want to die

Take a chance with lady luck
Pull out a gun
Cards on the table
Let it be done
