You think you have it all
You think you have found it
You think your search has ended
Happiness takes over
The light of love shines
Suddenly it strikes again
The same old story

You think it is in your imagination
The fear of losing it overwhelms you
Loneliness threatens to take over again
You try to move ahead
But it calls again
The same old story
.....

It slips away from you
And you are unable to hold it back
The wind blows away
You watch it disappear slowly
You watch it vanish
Then it dawns on you
It has repeated itself
The same old story
.....

Your feelings are toyed with again
The sweet love you once known is taken away
Your hopes are dashed against the wall
Your heart is broken again
Crushed, grinded and blown away
And you cry because it is always
The same old story.
