I Am Dead

I've felt pain for days,

I've been screaming,

My leg has been throbbing

but now there is so much

I don't feel it anymore.

 

Is that bad?

To not feel?

There is no hate

no fear

no courage

no love...

 

It's all numb,

I'm all but dead.

I am the living dead.

 

I don't know if I want help,

because I feel fine the way I am,

but if I don't feel...

How do I know if I'm fine

how I am?
