The Changing of the Seasons

The Changing of the Seasons

A Poem by Nexus
"

post-fall poetry.

"
The trees all whisper
The ground gets cold
The leaves all fall
And turn to gold

The oceans sway
The sands grow dim
The sky's gone gray
And a chill's in the wind.

Summers's gone and left
Autumns in its place
Halloween and Harvests
Is what we're left to face.

So sit by the fire
And fill yourself with cheer
Summer is a year away
And fall is finally here.
