She Dances on The Scale

She Dances on The Scale

A Poem by Blake Blackstone
"

Meh...

"
You come into my life crashing like a ton of bricks
Here they come, the stutters and the nervous ticks
The overwhelming relapse of this old feeling
I'm down and up, you have me keeling
Please just answer, please just call
So that I can know once and for all
Do you feel the same as I
or will I be a lonely guy
If I will, I won't be at loss
except for the pain, and at what cost?
Can you please just give a sign
to show me that you will be mine
