Freedom By Death

Freedom By Death

A Poem by ShayElexis(:
"

A different look at death.

"
If I left would anyone notice
If I disappeared would it matter
If one person left the world would keep on turning
People would forget about them
People would move on
How am I so different than the average human being
Nothing special would stop because of me
Depression may come but it always leaves
People move on
Things die
Nothing is eternal
The trees lose their moisture and crumble
Even the mountains slowly erode bit by bit
People die
That does not stop the Horseman from riding
Many mourn over men who have died but i celebrate
For they are not of this world anymore
They are with people like themselves
Weather it is heaven or hell
They go where they chose to go
Is it fair to put our own on this planet
The next generation going through the same hell we are
Their may be good times but they are far and few between
The dead do not have our earthbound worries
The dead are truly free.
