Love

I wanted to have the freedom

I chose it and wanted to fight

I chose you for you and for us

I love you, always will and have

 

I love this love and so do you

You’re different from what I see

Those smiles and eyes are way too bright
I faked my laugh so you’d fall hard

 

We always fall and out of it

But life’s not fair and we came back

We’re still here staring at the stars

As we kiss our way to the dark

 

My time was shared and loved by you

I lived the way I should and can

I cried as all are so against

But so I loved and cared for us

 

The trees danced as if I’m winning

My body agreed but they don’t

But I hope I won’t care somehow

So choosing is yes difficult

 

I am confused! But not that so

I know what’s to but mind says no

I cried inside but smiled after

I chose to fight for you and for us
