Golden Hibiscus

I wrote this after hearing a good friend of mine (who was also a girl I also liked) was in the hospital

She's like a fallen angel
She looks so bad and down
It pains me to see her like this
She wears not her sweet smile but a frown
I'm down on my knees
Hoping she makes it through
Im no doctor or miracle healer
But here's one thing i'll do

Golden Hibiscus
From me, please have this gift
Its so beautiful and makes me smile, just like you
I hope you get better, I hope this evil sickness will lift

She's like a fallen angel
Poor, sweet babygirl
The sickness has dimmed
The sunshine of my world
My days are now dark and cloudy
I feel so cold and lonely
The clouds are getting darker
Here comes a storm, rain down on me

Golden Hibiscus
Please dont wither away
Beautiful sunshine, please come back to me
You always warm my soul, turn my rain to a sunny day
