Cloud Nine DreamerA Poem by BlueberryKissesThe experience was amazing, It was all she could think about, Repeating like fresh memories in her brain.
The words spoke to her, Lifted her heart like never before, They kept replaying in her mind.
The body she was trapped in, Still tingled with emotion, Out of breathe but easily breathing.
The smile he displayed was contagious, She too wore the smile to brighten people's day, Nothing could bring her down, 'Cloud nine' had a constant resident.
When harsh reality hits, The only thing keeping her sane, Is the knowledge that when she wraps up warm in her bed sheets, After the sun has sank from the sky, Once again she can feel the way she did, Her dreams taking over for another night.
