Goodbye

Years have passed,

Time going fast,

Memories we're creating,

These are going to last.

 

We are not going to stay,

But we won't ever say,

That tomorrow is our last day,

We don't have anymore time to play.

 

The blue tears fall to the ground,

Silence is filled with sound,

The laughter and sobbing is spreading around,

We will become lost after years of being found.

 

Our hearts will break,

Words of wisdom we will take,

We do not want to escape,

We want to drown and this place is the lake.

 

As we leave the gates from here,

Everyone shedding more than a tear,

Holding hands in comfort,

Time is moving on forward,

This is it,

Time to go,

This time here is over,

It is now about to show.

 

Goodbye for today,

It has to be this way,

I hope we all meet one day,

Tonight I will cry and lay...

Ah graduation. It's sad leaving all the friends you were so close with for so long but it's good to start the next step in your journey!
In the third stanza the poem kinda loses it's flow. Might want to reword some of those lines...
