I will Stay!

I will Stay!

A Poem by BrokenLight

Glass shattered throughout

The room

Heavy tears flowed down her face.

She screamed to the stars

Hoping anyone would hear her

In the night.

Days seemed longer

And nights always kept her awake.

Heavy black shades appeared

Under her eyes.

Lonesome and scary nights

She been in her room

Never knowing what to do to help her

Painful nights

And long days.

Her hope was slowing drifting away

The light in her light eyes was fading

And fading fast.

Until an angel appered

The angel of her dreams finally

Showed her the way

With his dazzling and sparkling eyes.

Always putting her in a trance of

Love and hope.

Hope that her angel will stay

Hope to get her back to my dreams

Of living with light back into her eyes.
