My mental health has hit its deepest point this summer.
I've been constantly sad and most of the time i don't know the reasons.
I try and distract myself but by constantly going places my stress consumes me and makes my bofy slowly shut down until i have a breakdown of emotions.
My heart has been wandering but never quite leaving its home.
I can only work on myself slowly and build myself back up to being okay again.
