A Caged Bird

What would it be like 

to be wild and free?

To wander around without care,

frolic around like the birds and bees?

to breath the fresh air,

open up to soar on wings?

What would it be like

to be so wild and free?

I imagine it's serene

unfortunately it's not to be

this cage built to isolate me

my mind, sadly the only escape for me
