Mercia climbs up a tapestry and onto the balcony, she fires her crossbow at random armored guards as Klein fights other guards with her majestic sword. Mercia then aims her crossbow at Tartan but a guard takes a dive for his emperor. After the armored guards are all killed, Tartan panics then bashes a button his throne and runs up the stairs with his staff. The castle shakes as the walls divide to reveal a large mechanical dragon, it roars as steam shoots from it's neck. Unfortunately, Mercia's arrows are useless against it, so Klein fights it off with his sharp Claymore but only a little effective.
Mercia climbs down the tapestry and runs to the throne to find another button on the throne, Klein shouts "Find the off button quick! I can't fight it off for much longer" and luckily she spots a red button underneath the throne's armrest, she presses it frantically three times until the steam powered dragon shuts down. Mercia and Klein then run up the stairs, which leads to the top of a tower, where the find Tartan cowering in the corner as he nervously holds his magic staff. Tartan snaps "Back off! I have the staff of Zulam, it can wipe people's memories clean! you want to forget everything you ever knew all over again?" Mercia steps back cautiously and Klein courageously uses his Claymore to slice the staff in half.
Tartan screams "No! No! You filthy wild man! How dare you do this" and just as Tartan gets up from his corner, Klein points his blade at the emperor and sharply whispers "Get out", Tartan responds with a confused expression, Klein viciously shouts "Leave this kingdom forever, if you come back then you will feel the full wrath of me and my sister." Tartan nods and runs from the castle. Klein and Mercia hug affectionately, they look over the kingdom from the top of the tower as Mercia boldly announces "This kingdom is now mine, I will let the poor live among us and bring fair justice to the whole country"
