Stupid

I think it's so stupid when you can tell when something is wrong with your friend, boyfriend, or girlfriend and they won't tell you. It's makes me so stressed and it worries me, and I know that my friends worry about me because I have suicidal thoughts. But I know when something is wrong with them.

Sometimes being honest is better than hiding everything inside until you want to explode. I know how hard it is to fight the suicidal thoughts because I get them too. Its hell. IF you need to tlk ever i'm here

Sometimes shame is greater then being honest. Its easier to hide behind a mask then it is to remove one. Caring isn't always about knowing, its about how you react to what you feel and make the process to help... Just a small thought.
