Don't know what to do anymore

Someone help me. I don't know what to do anymore. I feel so lost on everything right now.

I feel like I'm making mistakes on everything. All these emotions are confusing me.

I would be depressed and crying one minute to happy and laughing the other minute.

I really need help getting pass things now.

The last couple of months have been really rough on me.

To things happening to me to things with my family.

I need advice, can someone help me??

I know this sounds simplistic, maybe even trite or like a line from a greeting card, but it will help.
Stop what you are doing now, and get on your knees. Tell God what you just told us; I know, He already knows what's in your heart and what you need, but ask Him to help. He is your Father, and He wants good things for you, but do this simple thing. Ask Him. Pour out your heart and let Him soothe your soul. He wants to help you, but He wants you to actually ask Him.
Really. Try this. You have nothing to lose, but everything to gain.
