Once upon a time.

Once upon a time.

A Poem by Caitlyn Becca

The nights left fading, and I'm still awake...
No sounds from you, just another life at stake.
Fading stars, and burning memory's
I'm left all alone just a razor and me...

It's been 12 hours and im still holding back,
but its faith and strength im starting to lack.
Staring into the blade as it shines off the sun.
just one soft movement and damage is done.

Your words are deadly but theres no remorse,
might as well beat me, it couldn't feel worse.
Worse than your thoughts you spoke outloud...
No never not again, it wont be allowed..
So take your sorrys theres no going back,
youve changed to much but i blame her for this fact.

My image may of hurt but her present it kills,
you say you get it, no, you don't know how it feels.
So look at you then than look at you now,
tell me the difference, dont you see how?

How your words and actions are killing my soul
but no you wont listen so you'll never know
you just sit in your chair and chew on your dip
its all thats staid the same through the whole relationship.

So cut me off and yell in my ear.
I cant stand who you are, who ive begun to fear.
Tell me i told you so, lie, tell me you care...
Oh save the s**t you were never there

So tell all the lies and put it behind.
But please tell me wheres gone the man from once upon a time....
