Winter Without Snow

Winter Without Snow

A Poem by Calibaster
"

I wrote this poem, to inspire snow to fall.

"

Brittle bare branches,

Scrape the bleak sky,

Leaves lazily littering,

The hard ground nearby.

Whistling wind wakens,

Trees whip around,

Grey grass groaning,

As it bends over the ground.

Shivering shaking shadows,

Dancing with the leaves,

Frozen fingerlike flowers,

Following their lead.

Brittle bare branches,

Scrape the bleak sky,

Cold chthonic clouds,

Preventing snow from on high.

Thank you
I love it! There's no snow here either. It snowed a foot here at the beginning of the month, so I thought there would be a lot, but... I love the poem.
