If I Were to Decide

If I Were to Decide

A Poem by CalvinnTay
"

What would you do if you were to decide?

"

If I were to decide how the world will be

I will plant more flowers; I will plant more trees

The fearful will not be scared

The bad will start to care

Those all around me, will not go hungry

There will be no greed, and no one will bleed

All around, there will be no duels

Every child will go to school

Smile will hang on every face

A home will not just be a place

The blind will see

Hearts filled with glee

The deaf will hear

Sorrow disappears

The limbless with arms and feet

The speechless with voice to speak

Hatred will no longer exist

The weak no longer need to hide

This is how the world will be

If I were to decide

Love the way this poem is and your thoughts! Just the way the world should be! This was how the world was- free of hatred, greed and sorrow- years back then! This world what we are seeing is how we made it, so it should be we who make it the world of love again and also we are ourselves turn into love changing the world into love! A very beautiful message that needs to be given to the world long back!!!

Loving how wonderful this world of yours sounds! Very thoughtful, love the ideas of those without things we take for granted will be given what they're lacking. Very nice poem!

I love John Lennons work. He was middle-class but he'll always be a working class hero to me.
