Darker Soul

Darker Soul

A Poem by Carl Drake Barnard

Darker Soul

Doreiku my friend.

From the demons you descent

Fighting to intercept

My gentle soul's threat!

From the depths of my soul.

You come seeking Control

Bringing death to any that do harm.

My deepest inner charm!

Forging together our brutality.

Enchanting our insanity!

The greatest perfection

For we destroy their infection!

Enraged by their lies!

we seek their cries!!

For they bring our lustful

blood lust!!!

If you think your deepest inner charm, is the one to harm, it ain't good luvie. I feel true zombie or vamp love here, dunno why, but there is a real out-breaking balance here, a need to jump out of the regular things, and be profoundly happy with the one you love... desire...

I know Reikon in Japanese stands for soul/ghost, and it seems to have a wordish connection here...
Interesting, tell me if I'm wrong, but that was just my true feeling right away, and I love to give you those unmanipulated ones... xo

I see you got creative with this write...
even down to the font...
and the usage of exclamation point to draw in your reader...
and the explanation in the author's note -- who this creature is ---
