 St. Patrick day is here and  I love this Irish holiday.   I always go out. Not for me. I go out for old friends loss to war.





S. Patrick day.  I remember young men and women. Living, loving. Drinking and dancing. Living life fearlessly without regret. Hey brothers, hey sisters. I remember you. We were hopeful, foolish and were soldiers.

Was a time. We were family. Us soldiers, we don't see color, race or belief.  We will stand together in a fight in peace time or war. Today I do private tears for men lost to the new wars. The old Soldiers stand with us. The old wars have found us. Old hate rebirth and men/women spilling blood for the payment of old hate. Old soldiers and new soldiers pray at the Military graves together. "Please no-more war."

The old and new Veterans speak of old battles and friends missed.  They remember laughter and smiling faces. St. Patrick day is near. Drink a green beer for the family, drink a green beer for the soldiers and drink a green beer for the wish of peace.

Hey brother, hey sister. Please learn the powerful lesson our foolish leaders know and they don't care. Soldiers are not tools of peace. Old Soldiers will tell you. "We fought just men like us. Just fighting and dying for men with no concern for the soldiers or human life. "

Let's celebrate St. Patrick day together. I will raise my glass of beer to the sky and I will say.

To life,
to my family,
to the soldiers here and gone.
To better days.
To new days where war are forgotten and our friends are with us.

Just words? All your works have such honesty and feeling. The opening paragraph in this brought tears to my eyes. I wish sane, honest, down to earth men and women held power, had the decision making over everything and that they were only concerned with love.

No more Obama. I disliked Obama first than he kept us out of internal conflicts like Syria. Syria is a Vietnam. Who is the friend and who is the enemy? I pray for better days.

Most rational men do Coyote but do we turn the other cheek when women, children and innocent men are slaughtered just because they are not 'our' people. The past is littered with atrocities and so is the present. It is time to stand up to all bullying my friend.

I hate war my friend. I saw 10,000 bodies wrapped in body bags and dead cities. I'm so tire of war. I believe the common people do not want war. Syria is a example. The people pay for the deeds of bad leaders.

I never have anything to say about "your words" but know that they are inspiring, honest and settle deep in me. Sometimes i come here and read then leave with an awe.
For the life experiences you have been through, I am glad you chose to share them with me and others that our young and unaware of the horrors humanity has been through and what is out there hidden from the view of our incubated windows.
