When I close my eyes

When I close my eyes

A Poem by Coyote Poetry
"

Just words

"

When I close my eyes my love

The consequences of finding you was to love and need you forever.

My auburn hair muse, you have driven me into madness of needing places of  bliss and sweet  kiss with you near.

Do you think of me? I think of you always and you haunt my  dreams and thoughts.

I dream of locked doors with you and I. Free and wild.

Us, alone in the darkness. Adrift in kiss and touch my dear Liz.

My dear muse, where are you today?

In the mercy of the sweet dream.

Love was kind and your trembling lips are near, to be touched.

dear John... memories are flowers that blossom in our heart and soul... to give us strength to carry on... Your poetry is like a fireside chat with a lover to hold when life is cold and lonely and embers of seeet kisses are
close to your heart. truly, Pat

you're welcome...
Well, John,
How silly to say, "Just words"!
Such a romantic prose homage to the one you love and yearn for should be deeply revered, and presented in enthralling Free Verse form that it speaks in beautiful poetic voice the mind's-eye and poet's heart can see, hear, and feel to its full splendor.
Some of your metaphor and phrasing is out there with the best romance writers around.
(Make it consequences "were" or consequence "was".)
If you're interested, let me know and we will turn this into the virtual masterpiece it deserves to be … just a friend's offered hand.

Whatever, I love it, John … it speaks to me deeply and true! ⁓ Richard : )
