Give me a second to think up
a joke.
After all, they say (whoever "they" are)
that there is humor in every
situation.
So let me find something;
something we can both laugh about,
as we turn our backs
to each other
and walk away.

Truly a slice of life poem, sometimes (fake)friends always smile, pretend to like you, and laugh with you, but on the other side they gossip about you and back-bite you, but don't ever give in to thier crap, you need to be strong to face the world. Very beautiful poem.
