What makes you think

You know me so well

That you would have the power

To shatter my whole world

 

Is it the look in my eyes

As you speak your lies

When I give no reply

When you tell me goodbye

 

Is it the way you pull my hair

As you kiss me softly

Your rough hands on my breasts

Grabbing my a*s with dominance

 

No, YOU will not shatter me

I am stronger than that

But damn if I’m not hooked

On that crooked smirk of yours

 

I know you are using me

Only thinking of my body

But I’m using you too

I won’t allow myself to fall for you

 

You won’t shatter this strength in my soul

You won’t break my heart

I won’t allow my walls to fall

Or break because of your control

 

…..At least I hope I won’t
