Live'n

Live'n

A Poem by Cherrie Palmer
"

i saw a picture and this just popped in my head

"

I won’t apologize for live'n

I’ll not ring my hands and cry

You’ll see me high step’n

Till the day I

die.

I saw another picture that was depressing and this just evolved :)
There is nothing to be gained by NOT making the most of life. Those boots were definitely not suitable for running away ,anyhow.

The right attitude to have, its just unfortunate that the mundane necessities of life stop us from living like this in each and every day. Responsibilities have a habit of obstructing our freedom.

Nice piece.

Howabout just pepper everyday life with a pinch zest
Those are good words to live by. Like the rhyme and the dialect makes me happy. Enjoyable words. CD

Gee
We seem to have fallen into a " keeping up with Jones's" culture in the UK and seem to relive to work instead of vice versa.
Like this wee gem
