Tender BreezeA Poem by Cherrie PalmerA peaceful nightSoft glowing light of dusk dilutes the pace of day. Dandelion caught in flight eases from my very sight Firer Fly takes its place as its calming glow calls its
mate. Milky clouds turn to mauve while glowing light is quietly
dissolved. Black of night is now about and a tender breeze is gently
felt. A few moments pass and stars appear and the song of night rings
in my ear. Heavy
eyes give into dreams and tender images feed my sleep. © 2012 Cherrie PalmerFeatured Review
