Stroke the keys

Stroke the keys

A Poem by Cheryl J. Turner

Gently

Stroke the keys

Tune so soft

Elegance

Beauty

Rapture

Thrust of passion upon instrument

Rise the rhythm

Heart swell

Stroking softly

Calm

Deep breath

Sweet bliss

Break the banks

Flood the gates

Hold still one moment

Silence your tongue

Deep breath

Gently

Stroke the keys

And we are home

This is beautiful..
The grand piano, the vase of roses and the player creating the world in a symphony. Love it, thank you so much for this little gift.

The feeling of creating music is a beautiful feeling. To feel it, and to breathe it. I know that feeling, and you have it written perfectly. Thank you for sharing this piece.
