A Poem by Chilson, Joshua
"

Sometimes it takes what seems forever to say how you feel. It's been four years now, and still I miss.

"

I miss the laughter,

that smile,

the way,

you put my silence into words.

I miss,

our apartment,

it's small kitchen,

bumping into one another as we cooked.

I miss,

the look in your eyes,

when my small deeds,

seemed magnificent.

Most of all,

I miss you,

accepting me,

as I am.

About
I write poetry from life experience, though most won't seem that way as I never get into specifics to the events that bring about my work. I'm a silent individual for the most part which doesn't ma.. more..
