I love to write how I feel

Been Writing For A Long Time

 

I’ve been writing for a long time

When I was just a lad

I would sit and write short stories

Folk said I was not bad

Then I learned to write in rhythm and rhyme

And I’d write a lot of songs

I’d write always the way I felt

Whether right, or whether wrong

 

These days I see so many things

About this world I live in

Dishonesty and crookedness

And all the nasty din

I see through all the brainwashing

That goes on all the time

To make us pawns in clever games

As we succumb to their crimes

 

So, I’ll always write my pieces

And tell folk how I feel

They tell us we have freedom

But is this truly real

So many, pass my poems by

There’s too much truth in these

They would rather close their eyes

My words they won’t believe

nothing beats the love for words and the writing in itself missed reading and reviewing your stuff have been busy lately but surely will review them one by one if time permits
