Just One Moment

Just One Moment

A Poem by Colby

For just one moment

Get inside my head
See through my eyes
Use my lens as your looking glass
See your beauty
Your perfection
See it through my minds eye

For just one moment
See your imperfections disappear
See the flawless angel I see

For just one moment
See through my love
Erase all doubt for eternity

For just one moment
Feel the beat of my heart
Grow in my soul

For just one moment
Feel you take my breath away
Feel all worry melt away like spring frost

Taste this moment
Take a breath as it starts to fade
Now look in my eyes

Do you feel what I feel?

This is very beautiful son. Love the- my lens as yuor looking glass and melt like spring frost, which is superficial and transitory. You should say grow instead of growing- it would suggest a double meaning, that you want her to grow into your soul and that your heart is expanding to recieve her. Lucky girl! I think she might see. I would push return a couple more times, but that's just me. Very well done.
