The Habit

The Habit

A Poem by Commanda Panda

I am the magical rabbit
The thought you wish to inhabit
The potential that you have
Too bad you can’t tap it
If you were willing to grab it
It would fall into your lap
But instead you don’t think
And you fall into the trap
I hesitate to call it slavery
Because it’s what you have chosen
You’ve become rather stagnant
Because your actions are frozen
You fall in with the main stream
Go along with the main theme
You b***h about what not
Then go do the same thing
Even though you disagree
You have nothing to lose
Except the shackle on your neck
And being confused
