Let it be known...

A personal experience of mine...

Let it be known throughout the world
That you are the the love of my life
As we walk together, hand in hand
Speaking of love, death, and strife

I can not live without you
If I lost you, I wouldn’t cry
I would crawl into the darkness
Lie on my back, and die

So as we walk together
Freely without a care
I remember how much I love you
And all the times we’ve shared.

But that was then
This is now
And now your gone
And I’m wondering how

How did I let you go so easily
I just let you slip away
For it, there is nothing I can do
There is nothing I can say

So let in be known throughout the world
That you are no longer the love of my life
As I talk to myself, crazed and lonely
About love, death, and strife
